#3: Embrace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives: Use this month to reevaluate and reinforce your commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Launch initiatives that celebrate diversity in all its forms, ensuring your workplace is a space where everyone feels valued.
