Juneteenth. I have been dreaming of this day. The day I officially announce my freedom!
I confidently and courageously announce to the world the culmination of my vision to create a consulting company based on fairness and equity and a non-profit to ensure diverse communities have access to their dreams. This year, I decided that it was not enough to have a seat at the table, but that it was time to build new tables and make room for others to have multiple seats.
I have been in the lab re-building Thelá Thatch Consulting (TTC). Formerly known as Management Resource Solutions & Human Resources (MRS HR). TTC is focused on connecting corporations to diverse communities through human resources, equity, and policy work.
Wait there’s more! For those dreamers that need a boost, I created the Time 2 Dream Foundation to provide free and low-cost solutions for dreamers to provide resources and connections to launch their dreams from the ground up.
